Working with organisations large and small showed Lyndsey that the best-performing businesses did more than stay compliant. They were strategic about their people.
They hired the right individuals, nurtured their strengths and created workplaces where people genuinely wanted to give their best. Lyndsey founded HR Consulting Kent to bring that approach to SMEs.
